VN homes is not a letting agency - rather we self manage all our own properties and those of a few trusted landlords who follow our philosophy in property management. All our properties are in the West Yorkshire area. We pride ourselves in our prompt and personal service.

As a result, you can expect to benefit from the following:

•    No letting agency fees
•    You deal direct with the landlord and not a middle man
•    All homes are maintained to an above average standard
•    All gas appliances serviced regularly and safety certified annually
•    All homes are EPC certified and exceed the new 2018 minimum EPC energy efficiency rating requirement
•    Prompt resolution of issues
•    All bonds are lodged within an appropriate government approved scheme

We also offer serviced apartments in Bradford City Centre so if you need short term accommodation / digs, get in touch. We are the preferred choice for theatre digs in Bradford for visiting productions to The Alhambra Theatre.

We are proud to announce our expansion into Leeds and the provision of theatre digs in Leeds in our amazing 4 bedroom townhouse - ideal for visiting productions to The Leeds Grand Theatre and The West Yorkshire Playhouse.

We can provide a home away from home if you are working in the area for a number of weeks or months and do not want to stay in a hotel nor do you want to commit to a 6 month tenancy or if you require a self catering holiday apartment.

Even if you are moving and find yourself between homes and need a place to stay for a number of days or weeks, get in touch - we can usually help!

We can cater of any period of length shorter than the usual 6 months.

We are proud sponsors of the under 13's and under 16's Albions Sports Junior teams. More details of the club can be found at www.albionsports.co.uk.

Jack and Gill went to The Hill to have a pint of lager... Jack met Gretel and Gill met Peter, and this tale is the Tumbling After.

RedBellyBlack Productions return with the seductive story of two couples as they stumble into and tumble out of love. With a show that speaks to mind, body and the awkward bits in between, this is a tale about what happy ever after means today: friendship, longing, tangled bodies and tangled relationships. This blood-quickening production combines physicality and vocal play, straddling the gaps between theatre, performance art, and a vivid dream.

Good luck to Red Belly Back and their fantastic production - Tumbling After
